Rudy Feldmann, the President of Felco Enterprises, formed the company when he first arrived in Canada from Switzerland 35 years ago.

Felco Enterprises began building houses in North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Langley - changing to townhouses in Abbotsford in 1978.

During the course of almost 20 years, Felco Enterprises has built approximately 600 units in 14 different complexes.

The units have graduated from small basement entry units in open complexes to detached, deluxe, luxury level entry units with walk-out basements in an age-restricted, gated community.

Designs and materials have changed immensely over the past twenty years, so have the requirements of today's buyers.
